There’s really nothing that compares to writing about family. We’re two sisters who write together, and still one of our greatest joys is to write about siblings and cousins and the messy, loving dynamics of each. The Cobalt Empire is unique on its own with this fiercely protective brood and their academic sparring. They have traditions and mottos and require so much research to write them accurately....but we’ll always be obsessed with them 🩵♟️🦁
